Reflecting on this transformative collaboration, Sharad
Patel underscores the seamless alignment between Skitre.AI
and CEAI's initiatives. The integration of CEAI's talent
development AI engine, LIFT, with Skitre Dojos promises a
unique learning experience for young graduates and
professionals.
Spanning continents, Sharad's visit to Malaysia resulted in the creation of SkitreLift dashboards, AI scoring integration, skills mapping, and customized reports. Learners can now translate soft skills into measurable scores, predict outcomes of skill enhancements, and receive personalized learning action plans. Engaging in discussions, presentations, and program deliveries for the YCIO program, Sharad showcased Skitre tools to dynamic teams in Johor Bahru, including engagements with SUNWAY University and UTAR, paving the way for a pilot program involving 100 graduates from both institutions.
